Tell Claude.
It lands in Sthenic.

Sthenic ships a remote MCP server. Connect it once and your assistant plans the day, files tasks under goals, and closes the evening review — written straight into your timeline.

What a connected conversation does

  1. You say

“Plan my Thursday around the launch goal.”

    Sthenic does

    • list_goalsreads the goal and its deadline
    • create_taskfiles three tasks on Thursday, under the goal

Thursday has a shape, and every task counts toward the launch.

  2. You say

“Push the proposal review to Friday and mark the deck done.”

    Sthenic does

    • update_taskmoves the review to Friday
    • toggle_task_completedchecks the deck off

The timeline updates. You never opened the app.

  3. You say

    “How did today actually go?”

    Sthenic does

    • get_tasks_by_datereads what today held
    • create_day_reviewwrites your end-of-day review

The day gets closed honestly — wins, misses, and why.

  4. You say

    “Carry what's left to tomorrow.”

    Sthenic does

    • update_taskmoves each unfinished task forward

Nothing falls through. Tomorrow starts already planned.
